Shipping Policy
Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time
All estimated/typical delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These are approximate times and are for reference only.
Processing time
Processing time begins on the day you place your order. Processing your order usually takes 1–5 business days. Once we have processed it, we can ship it.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays or high order volumes. This is beyond our control. Normal operations will resume immediately after each holiday. Incorrect address details and other issues may cause further delays.
Tracking your order
When your item is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number. This will be activated within 24 hours.
Courier
For our customers in Germany and Austria, we use DHL (Deutsche Post).
Change your address
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order at support@keller-braun.com.
Cancellations
We have a 5-minute cancellation window. If you change your mind before the order has been shipped, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing the order.
Unexpected delays
Delivery may take longer than the stated standard delivery times. Please contact us if your package falls outside this timeframe – we will be happy to help.
Packages damaged during transit
If your package was damaged during transit, please refuse acceptance from the courier. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service.
